An analytical solution for the hard sphere radial distribution function (rdf) in fluids satisfying the Carnahan-Starling equation of state has been obtained. The calculations were done without determining the parameters K and z from general mean spherical approximation (GMSA) theory directly, thus simplifying calculations. My solution is in excellent agreement with Monte Carlo data for hard-sphere fluid. Also the triple dipole potential has been applied to renormalization group theory in fluid argon. The calculated pressure is compared to the pressure obtained by experiment and mean field theory predictions for isotherms near the gas-liquid critical temperature for number densities ranging from zero to more than twice the critical density. From this work, new square-well parameters were determined.
