The aluminum industry and the United States government

The primary purposes of this research project are to analyze the Federal Governments efforts to regulate and control the aluminum producing monopoly in the United States; to attempt to discover why certain measures succeeded and others failed, and to draw the conclusions which point out the lessons to be learned in terms of government regulation.
