The administrative budget of UNRRA

This is a study of the Administrative Budget of the United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration from its creation in 1943 to its liquidation in 1949. In making the study, an attempt has been made to analyze and to evaluate not only the budgetary process from estimate to audit but also the interrelationship of that process to the organization and management of UNRRA.
