This type of study is extremely important for a land-locked country like Paraguay, depending to such a great degree on foreign trade for its socio-economic development.The ProblemThe gross national product has declined by 13.8 percent from 1950 to 1953, and the export volume did almost the same thing, the volume of imports has been increasing.
