The problem in this study was to investigate the status of the Negro Elementary Supervisors and Principals of Negro Accredited High Schools in the State of Virginia for the school year 1950-51.Purpose of the StudyIt is the purpose of this investigation to discover and compare the status as to education, experience and attitudes of Negro Elementary Supervisors in the State of Virginia and principals of Negro Accredited High Schools in the state.
