The Mass X-Ray Survey as a Source of Sociological and Epidemiological Information About Tuberculosis

Successful attack against tuberculosis requires continuous investigation of the tuberculosis problem as it exists within a human community. All available sources of information must be explored to learn how the disease is manifested within the social patterns of a community. This study has been conducted to explore the practicability of learning sociological and epidemiological facts about tuberculosis from data routinely collected from community-wide chest X-ray surveys.
