The Latin American States at San Francisco

This thesis on the Latin American States at San Francisco has as its primary purpose the determination of the extent to which the Latin American states acted as a bloc, and conversely the extent to which they acted individually, or in less than a whole bloc, in the formation of the Charter of the United Nations.
