The Latin American States at San Francisco

<p>This thesis on the Latin American States at San Francisco has as its primary purpose the determination of the extent to which the Latin American states acted as a bloc, and conversely the extent to which they acted individually, or in less than a whole bloc, in the formation of the Charter of the United Nations.</p>
