The Juridical Status of Persons Displaced from Soviet and Soviet-Dominated Territory

In a period of history in which the Communist and non-Communist worlds are grappling to set the pattern of man's corporate behavior for the next several generations, the significance of that struggle is seen under a magnifying glass in the situation of those former residents of the present Union of Soviet Socialist Republics who have turned to democracy for political asylum.
