The Elementary School Faculty Meeting and Its Effect on Certain School Problems

It is the purpose of this paper to explore the faculty meeting to see how it is, or may be, an effective means of improving instruction in a public school. Supporting problems will be to determine ways in which a faculty meeting becomes ineffective, methods of improving the faculty meeting, and methods of evaluating the meeting and its results.
