The Eastern Question in the Twentieth Century, Presented from a Bulgarian Viewpoint

The Eastern Question is a problem as old as the world itself, therefore we hardly can expect to fix up the date of its beginning with some measure of certainty though we can trace it as far back as the beginning of authentic history. Considering the origin of the problem we will, without much difficulty, come to the conclusion that its sources were due more or less to numerous constant factors which played an important part in shaping its aspects under different circumstances of development and progress.
