We have discovered to our delight that the Bible is not a treatise on Science. It does not teach history, neither does it teach geography. Its purpose is to teach men to know, and live in harmony with, the true God. It teaches religion and leaves science to the scientist. The book of Genesis is not to tell us when or where man was created but by whom he was created God in his wisdom has left many things for man to find out for himself. Therefore, in searching for the Cradle Land we must consult the Geologist, the Palaeontologist, the Anthropologist and the Biologist. The Historian must pass the responsibility to the pre-historian, who is frank enough to admit that he is laboring under serious handicaps and limitations. The writer of this paper desires to be fair enough to consider the evidences found in the various continents and draw his conclusions therefrom.
