The Committee on Foreign Relations of the United States Senate

This study is an analysis of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee as a typical committee of the Senate and as part of the governmental institution (or one of the institutions) which determines American foreign policy. It describes the history, organization, personnel, functions, and outside relations of the committee as one of several similar Senate committees.
