The Book of Malcolm

Malcolm gives Victor, the protagonist of the novella, a mysterious book. The book, a moldy and ancient tome, is filled with pictures of nude women pasted carefully to its pages. Victor becomes fascinated with one picture in particular, a photograph marked with the name "Harriet." When the book suddenly disappears, Victor believes that Malcolm has stolen it. His obsession with the picture drives him to great lengths to find Malcolm and ultimately, Harriet. Although he does finally catch up with Malcolm, Victor is never sure whether he discovers the real truth of Harriet.Chairs: Henry Taylor; Kermit Moyer.
