Trees I Never Learned to Name is a collection of poems reflecting on loss and family dynamics through the stages of grief. It strives to give readers pause and reflection on the way in which grief touches all parts of one’s life, forever, following a death. The poems in this collection follow the author’s life from adolescence into adulthood and uses heavy themes of nature and death.
