Standards and the sources of standards in mathematics in relation to the bachelor's degree

<p>This study is designed to show, first the relative place mathematics holds with reference to the total requirements for the Bachelor's Degrees in the State Universities; second to compare the requirements in the various colleges connected with these universities; third, to find out the trend of mathematics in High School and College since the publication of "U.S. Government Bulletin #7 Requirements for the Bachelor's Degree", published in 1920.</p>
