Standards and the sources of standards in mathematics in relation to the bachelor's degree

This study is designed to show, first the relative place mathematics holds with reference to the total requirements for the Bachelor's Degrees in the State Universities; second to compare the requirements in the various colleges connected with these universities; third, to find out the trend of mathematics in High School and College since the publication of "U.S. Government Bulletin #7 Requirements for the Bachelor's Degree", published in 1920.
