Some public relations techniques employed in administering the Agricultural Adjustment Administration in 1936

In this study, the investigator has attempted to isolate some of the public relations techniques employed in administering the agency in 1936, and to analyze and evaluate them. It is believed that to show how public relations techniques were applied in administering the AAA during this difficult period, and how they helped to win wide public acceptance of the new AAA approach, get new legislation, and to carry forward a farm program which achieved substantially the same goal as was originally planned, is to reveal a public relations program at an effective level of competence.
