Sales training, as the term implies can be defined as the art of teaching salesmen to represent their companies and sell their products or services in the most effective manner. This study will illustrate the need for sound, practical sales training methods in the local printing industry, and will present representative programs which will guide the local printers in the establishment of sales training programs.
