Sales Tax Tokens: A Study in Fractional Revenue

The exchange of sales tax tokens within segments of the national economy is an economic phenomenon which has affected the monetary considerations of millions upon millions of people. Although it has been characteristic of many state economies, a survey of the literature of the field revealed that no thorough analysis had been made either of the operation of the token system or of the economic significance of this fractional money flow.The presentation of such analyses, it was thought, would be of definite historical and analytical value.
