Problems in the Foreign Economic Policy of Mexico

The central problem confronting Mexico is the formulation of a foreign economic policy that is logically coordinated with domestic economic policy, that integrates short-term policies with long-term objectives, and that is compatible with both the Mexican milieu and legal framework.
