Problems Involved in Establishing Management Development Programs in Industry

The objective of Management Development Programs is to build capable leaders who will enable a company to grow soundly and strengthen its leadership. However, management has found that the implementing of Management Development Programs is extremely difficult. The purpose of this thesis is to contribute to the establishment of better and more complete Management Development Programs by pointing out the problem areas involved in their establishment.
