ONE-SHOT COMICS AND COLLECTIBLES

In this work of fiction, a fictional superhero manifests in the backroom of One-Shot Comics and Collectibles, begging its proprietors (childhood friends with a complicated past) for help in sorting out his baffling continuity. In doing so, the superhero triggers a series of events that forces the comic shop’s owner to consider his own future, and whether he can remain in his hometown, or must leave his past behind.
