Nicholas Philip Trist and his Mission to Mexico

As there is available so little reliable information about Nicholas Philip Trist and because it seems to me that he should be given a little more kindly consideration than has formerly been accorded him, I have made his life and work my present subject of study. This work when complete will comprise two volumes, the second of which will probably be completed by 1933. This will contain Chapter III, the "Second Phase of Trist's Mission in Mexico", and Chapter TV, "An Evaluation of Trist's Life and Work".
