In-Service Training for Departmental Libraries of the Federal Government

It was the purpose of this study to find whether there should be in-service training for Departmental Libraries; and, if so, waht form the training should take--inasmuch as it is claimed that library schools do not adequately prepare students and that experienced librarians also need aid in continually adapting.
