Employee Communication in the U. S. Department of Agriculture, 1950-1953

It was the purpose of this study to describe, analyze and evaluate the communication systems, procedures, methods and techniques of a large federal agency. The study was intended to provide a basis for conclusions as to possible refinements or improvements in the communication processes of the agency involved.
