Current International Cooperation for the Abolition of Slavery

The purpose of this thesis is to set forth as accurately as possible the extent to which slavery and the trading in slaves exist today in various parts of the world and to show the progress being made towards the complete and permanent abolition of this ancient evil by international cooperation. No attempt has been made to cover the subject of Peonage or White Slavery, either of which would be a complete study by itself.
