Community Organization and the Washington Chest X-Ray Survey

This study of the Washington Chest X-ray Survey was undertaken with the conviction that a contribution to our understanding of effective community organization could be made through a careful case study of teh organization and operation of an actual undertaking. The actual experience could then be evaluated in terms of those few norms and techniques we have established in those fields.
