Classification of Military Personnel of the Army of the United States

The purpose of this paper is to bring together in one report the work being done by the Army towards proper placement of manpower. In the past eighteen months of operation the Army has expanded more than sixfold, with a similar growth in classification personnel. New methods and new tools, additional facts and statistics have been produced which it is hoped will aid the future of personnel procedures.
