During the second coming of prohibition in America, Adam has life made. He has the six-figure income, the luxury sedan, and, in a time of high moral prudence, all the women and alcohol a man can ask for. That's the life he leaves behind when he meets Rachel, a speakeasy waitress. After a night of heavy drinking, Adam wakes up in a car with Rachel, en route to Mexico trafficking alcohol. Over the course of the next three days, Adam discovers the preconceived notions he has about himself and the world aren't necessarily realistic, and maybe he should have stayed home instead.
