The toileting treatise is an analysis of the educational studies made under the auspices of the Association of American Universities from 1900 to 1931. The purpose of the study is to indicate conditions of education that have been recognized by the Association of American Universities as necessary and valuable studies, and to show the results of the work of the association in the definitions formulated, the standards evolved, and the policies recommended and adopted.
