An intranet to support teamwork

<p>The main goal of this thesis is to develop an Intranet that would support team work focusing on the Team Assignment Process (TAP) approach. It provides a tool to achieve team goals by sharing information including tasks, assignments, best practices and lessons learned. Using these features managers would be able to track tasks, administer resources, and provide a learning environment to team members.</p>
