An all-purpose system of programming for the logistics computer

<p>Our purpose here is to extend the flexibility of the Logistics Computer so that a larger class of problems can be solved on it. Since the problems we wish to compute can be solved on general-purpose computers, it is natural to look to them for the properties which make the solutions possible.</p>
