An Investigation of the Changes in the Level of Aspiration under Conditions of Praise and Reproof

There have been many investigations into the various phases of level of aspiration. Almost all of these investigations have taken place since 1930. However, the specific problem undertaken here is without precedence and there remains much work to be done in this area.This investigation may serve as a pilot study that utilized the two well known psychological factors of praise and reproof in an unexplored situation.
