An Appraisal of the Educational Viewpoints of Selected Elementary Teachers from Ecuador and the United States

This study was undertaken with the purpose of obtaining better orientation on the educational ideas now prevailing in Ecuador. Since education is the principal factor in the process of adapting the individual to the complex conditions of the world in which we live, and equipping him to overcome the difficulties and solve the problems that confront him, every effort made to attain a better understanding of this process deserves to be encouraged.
