An American Heiress

This collection of short stories explores both interior and exterior landscapes with a focus on the dysfunctional psyche---the forms in which this dysfunction is manifested and the effect these forms have on (often innocent) bystanders. In addition, these stories strive to achieve a sort of intuitive aesthetic, whereby random (and sometimes recurring) symbols/images, words, rhythms of language, and internal and slant rhymes serve as guides for the reader in getting to the pith of each plot.
