Administrative training in the federal government: with special reference to the Treasury Bureau of Federal Supply

This is a study of one area of in-service training of Federal employees, administrative training. It is aimed at learning the background of administrative training and also at describing leading administrative training programs in the Federal services today. Its major objective is the determining of a suitable administrative training program for a representative Federal agency, namely the Treasury Bureau of Federal Supply.
