Administrative relationships in the Economic Cooperation Administration's European Recovery Program with special reference to program planning

The primary aim of the thesis was to study the formal organization of the Economic Cooperation Administration -- the Headquarters in Washington and the Field establishments in Europe. Attention was directed toward the administrative relationships within each part of the agency and also among the three main parts.
