A survey of certain issues in the relationship between religion and public education in the United States

It is the purpose of this study to survey the trends of certain issues in the relationship between religion and public education in the United States and to determine if the trends of these issues are consistent with the principle of separation of Church and State embodied in the first amendment of the Constitution.
