It is now more than six years since the passage of the Legislative Reorganization Act of 1946 which was clearly an attempt by Congress to streamline its organization and rid itself of much of its petty business through the delegation of a portion of its legislative powers. Analyzed in this study is section 207 of that Act as it pertains to the operation of the Army Board on Correction of Military Records. There being no other studies of this nature pertaining to the Army Board on Correction of Military Records, this is a study de novo.
