A study of personnel management in the retail drug field in the metropolitan Washington area

It is the purpose of this study (1) to survey the nature and extent of Personnel Management in the Retail Drug Field; (2) to investigate selected personnel programs for comparative purposes; (3) to evaluate the effectiveness of these programs; (4) to suggest a modern, effective personnel program for the retail drug field.
