The proton elastic electric and magnetic form factors, $G\sb{Ep}(Q\sp2)$ and $G\sb{Mp}(Q\sp2),$ have been separated out to $Q\sp2$ of 8.83 $\rm (GeV/c)\sp2,$ more than doubling the $Q\sp2$ range of previous data. The results for $G\sb{Mp}(Q\sp2)/\mu\sb{p}G\sb{D}(Q\sp2)$ decrease smoothly from 1.05 to 0.92, while $G\sb{Ep}(Q\sp2)/G\sb{D}(Q\sp2)$ is consistent with unity. Comparisons are made to QCD Sum Rule, diquark, constituent quark, and VMD models, none of which agree with all of the new data. The ratio $Q\sp2F\sb2/F\sb1$ approaches a constant value for $Q\sp2$ $>$ 3 $\rm (GeV/c)\sp2.$.
