A Regional Survey of Educational Television

As education's "year of decision" draws to a close, we find teachers and school and college administrators faced with myriad problems inherent in their desire to employ television as an aid to education at all levels. Decisions of programming, finance and intergroup cooperation must be made by leaders who do not have at their disposal the conclusive information necessary to the formalization of enlightened policy.
