Youth as e-citizens

A report that maps, categorizes, and analyzes scores of youth civic websites and identifies some of the larger questions that emerged in the process. The report concludes with a series of recommendations, both for further study and for maximizing the use and the effectiveness of the civic content for youth that can be found online.
