INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY-BASED EDUCATIONAL STRATEGIES FOR SUSTAINABLE ECO-TOURISM

This paper describes ways to use information technologies in order to further environmental education. It argues that environmental awareness in eco-tourism can be promoted by delivering environmental information with a variety of media and by allowing the learner to gain a greater understanding of environmental issues through the use of interactive applications.
