American University Tenure, Promotion, and Reappointment Guidelines Updates Resource Packet

In 2021, American University in Washington, DC began revising its tenure and promotion guidelines to incorporate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) values into school and department level guidelines for teaching, service, and scholarship.
